Each program module is led by an experienced UCW academic, whose role is to encourage discussion and debate to facilitate active student participation, and to provide guidance and feedback. You will learn how to take challenging situations in a stride, apply pragmatic solutions to problems and ultimately drive the success of your organization through intelligent decision-making.
Those who graduate from this ACBSP and NCMA-accredited MBA program will find themselves more capable of responding strategically to challenges within the business environment presents. Our MBA program also includes relevant digital components (see course structure below) and we collaborate with digital leaders such as Riipen, the Digital Marketing Institute, Salesforce (Trailhead), Tableau and IBM to keep our students updated with upcoming technological trends.
Students can also qualify to earn certifications, including Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and more.

We’ve partnered with leading business and tech companies such as Salesforce, Amazon, Shopify, Facebook and many others to incorporate their latest technology and expertise into the Master of Business Administration program courses at UCW.
Entry requirements for the MBA online are the same as the on-campus equivalent. For those whose first language is not English, we offer University Access Program which gives you the opportunity to reach the standard proficiency requirements.
Essentially, whether you choose to study our MBA on-campus or online, they both end in the same result; you will graduate from UCW qualified to take on any managerial role, with the skills and confidence to do so.

MBA-ACCA PATHWAY
ACCA students can now fulfill their full ACCA qualification at the same time as earning their MBA from University Canada West. Students who have passed or have exemptions for the first nine ACCA papers are now eligible to directly join the MBA program and/or complete their ACCA Strategic Professional qualification consecutively.
Completing the ACCA pathway requires students to sit 13 exams. A faster completion of MBA exists, with credit transfers up to three UCW courses.
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
English is the language of instruction at University Canada West. If your first language is not English, you must submit proof of English Proficiency such as an academic IELTS score of 6.5 or better with a minimum of 6.0 in the writing band, or equivalent.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEST
If you have completed your education in a non-English-speaking country, then you may choose to provide proof of successful completion of a standardized English-language proficiency test.
UCW accepts the following tests with the stated scores as meeting the requirements for direct admission to a degree program (without the requirement to take UAP).

****Writing is assessed as the average score for achievement in both Literacy and Production.
