As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you provide daily care to individuals who need assistance as they deal with the effects of aging, injury, or illness. As you compassionately care for and assist patients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, household management and in dealing with various ongoing conditions, you often develop close and rewarding relationships.
