Pre-Med / MSc in Biological Science
The Pre-Med Master’s Program is an accelerated medical education program for career changers – those who have an undergraduate degree in something other than the typical pre-med majors. After successfully completing this 2-semester, 8-month program, students will gain automatic admission to MUA’s medical school and will be awarded a Masters Degree in Biological Science. The curriculum is offered on-campus or online, and students may begin the program any of three times per year – in January, May, or September. Students may attend the master’s program for pre-med students on a part-time basis, and online students may attend asynchronously to accommodate multiple time zones.
Guaranteed Admittance to Med School
Students who successfully complete (with a GPA of at least 3.0) the Master’s Pre-Med program will be automatically admitted to the MD program at MUA, avoiding the challenges, expenses and delays of applying to medical schools separately.
